When OMNIEVENT® came to us, they were doing business under the name Kleer Meeting Solutions. The Missouri-based company has been offering everything from event registration services and software to event supplies since 2003. However, when the pandemic hit the United States in March 2020 and events across the country were cancelled, they had a chance to take a step back and evaluate. They’d been talking about rebranding for a bit and knew the downtime would be a perfect opportunity to do just that.
OMNIEVENT® team member, Wendi, reached out to us not much later after remembering she’d met our owner, Jackson, at a WordPress event the year prior. She explained their desire for a rebrand that would highlight the company’s core mission and vision while better defining the company in their industry.
“We came to the realization that we just hadn’t put very much forethought and intention behind our former brand, Kleer Meeting Solutions. We wanted people to look at our name and know that we were a one-stop-shop for everyone and every business when it comes to event registration,” Scott McKye explained. “We decided to go back to the drawing board and come up with a stronger identity that really told the story of who we are and what we do.”
We worked directly with ownership to come up with an entirely new name and OMNIEVENT® was born. The name leans on the idea that as a company, they’re able to scale their offerings to meet everyone’s needs – whether it’s a regional meeting or national event expecting thousands of attendees.
Not only did they get a new name, but we also worked with OMNIEVENT® on a complete redesign of their website, logo, graphics, communications, and correspondence. Their new brand assets include a simplified blue and green logo, a custom WordPress design, and other exciting visual components that integrate a checkmark graphic to convey their ability to help clients check items off their to-do list. A handwritten check mark coupled with clean, modern lines speak to their combination of technology and personalized service.
